Earlier this year we entered our 2014 Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon in the 2017 Savor NW Wine Awards and the 2017 Cascadia Wine Compeition. We are proud to report that we were awarded a Gold Medal in both competitions! We also took home a Silver Medal in the 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition results here.


2016 Dry Rosé

This 100% Grenache Rosé is from Lou’s Block in Angiolina Farm in the Yakima Valley AVA.

Winemaker notes
This dry, classic Provencal styled Dry Rosé coats the palate with complex layers of cantaloupe, strawberry and white cherry. Concentrated notes of rosemary and mineral water add the final layers of nuance.

Our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Blue Mountain Vineyard (Block 4) in the Walla Walla Valley AVA.

Winemaker notes
The opaque, inky color of the 2014 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is followed by concentrated aromatics of lush blackcurrant, graphite, dark cocoa powder and baking spices. The dense flavors and balanced tannins integrate beautifully for an extended, layered finish.

Grapes were hand picked and hand sorted into stainless steel tanks during the late evening hours of October 10th 2014. During fermentation, 2 times a day, gentle pump-overs and punch-downs were applied. The wine was aged in 50% new, oak barrels from French cooper Sylvain for 18 months. Our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Upland Vineyard (Old Block) in the Snipes Mountain AVA.

Winemaker notes
Focused and fresh, this exceptionally concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon showcases elegant tannin structure and a silky mouthfeel. Expressions of deep blackberries, blackcurrants and dried herbs are tightly wound on the mid-palate. Yet it’s finesse and refinement are apparent on the long finish.

Appellation: Columbia Valley

2013 Symphony is made from 57% Cabernet Sauvignon from Upland Vineyard (Old Block), 14% Cabernet Sauvignon from Blue Mountain Vineyard, 29% Merlot from Les Collines Vineyard (Block 15). The fruit is selected from exceptional vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley and Snipes Mountain appellations. Aged 22 months in 50% new French Sylvain oak barrels.

Winemaker notes
With almost 60% of the blend coming from Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1973, the 2013 Symphony is layered with black cherry, plum, currants, coffee, cocoa and hints of allspice, fresh thyme, tobacco and forest floor. The body is laced with smooth fine-grained tannins, great freshness and red fruit characteristics.

Grapes were hand picked and hand sorted into stainless steel tanks during the late evening hours of September 14th and 16th of 2013. During fermentation, 2 times a day, gentle pump-overs and punch-downs were applied. The wine was aged in 50% new, oak barrels from French cooper Sylvain. The fruit is selected from exceptional vineyards in the Snipes Mountain, Red Mountain, and Walla Walla Valley appellations. Aged 22 months in 50% new French Sylvain oak barrels.

The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is concentrated in the nose and on the palate with aromas of freshly crushed black cherries and dark plum followed by nutmeg, tobacco and vanilla bean. With an exceptional long finish, the sweet tannins reveal coffee with a hint of caramel cream.

2011 Symphony, our first ever blend is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc all from selected vineyards in the Red Mountain and Walla Walla Valley appellations. Aged 21 months in 40% new French oak.

Winemaker notes
The 2011 Symphony has a beautiful bouquet revealing violet and red cherries. On the mid-palate rich flavors of raspberry, red cherry, black tea, herbaceous notes, belies it's delicate balanced tannins, low acidity and low alcohol. It has both structure and complexity with a luxurious, silky mouth feel.

The blend is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Mountain (Corliss Canyons Vineyard), 20% Merlot from Walla Walla Valley (Les Collines Vineyard) and 20% Cabernet Franc from Walla Walla Valley (Summit View Vineyard). The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is layered in complex, smooth, fine grain tannins revealing aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and dark cherries.
